Program Flow
3-Month Journey
Week 1-2
Onboarding & Setup
Development environment setup, codebase overview, tool training (Git, JIRA, Slack), and first small tasks.
Week 3-8
Core Development
Work on feature development, bug fixes, and API integration. Participate in code reviews and team meetings.
Week 9-12
Advanced Work & Review
Handle complex features independently. Final performance review, certificate, and PPO evaluation.
