Business Analyst

JOB SUMMARY

MageTech Solutions is looking for a skilled Business Analyst who can understand business requirements, communicate with customers and development teams, and convert business needs into clear functional requirements.

The candidate will work closely with customers, project managers, UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and management teams to ensure successful project delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Understand and analyze customer business requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
- Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Prepare functional workflows and process diagrams.
- Convert business requirements into technical specifications.
- Coordinate with UI/UX, development, QA, and project management teams.
- Participate in client meetings and requirement discussions.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify improvements.
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review meetings.
- Validate delivered functionality against requirements.
- Assist QA teams with test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Track requirement changes and maintain proper documentation.
- Support UAT and client demonstrations.
- Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and business impacts.
