The big picture

What this application does

Everything lives in one shared workspace. Data you import stays under your organization and every action is tracked. The platform covers the complete revenue motion.

Find & Import

Upload a CSV and our importer maps columns, previews rows, detects duplicates and merges before anything touches your data.

Enrich & Score

Emails are validated, AI generates a 0–100 fit score with signals and next steps, and your knowledge base grounds every answer.

Orchestrate & Convert

Reusable templates feed campaigns and playbooks; the CRM tracks opportunities, meetings and proposals to close the deal.

Step by step

How it works

The end-to-end flow from "hello, new workspace" to "won deal".

1
Start

Create your workspace

Register with your company name, your name and a password. The first account automatically becomes the Owner. You land on a dark, corporate dashboard with live KPIs: total leads, valid & invalid emails, companies, duplicates, suppressed addresses and recent imports.

  • 1 workspace → 1 organization with its own slug.
  • Every member, lead, campaign and CRM record is isolated per organization.
2
Bring data

Import leads — safely

Go to Import, upload a CSV, then follow the 4-step guided flow:

  • Mapping — choose which column maps to which field (the system suggests a mapping from your headers).
  • Preview — see how your rows will be written before anything is saved.
  • Duplicates — duplicates are detected against existing leads; you decide keep / merge / skip.
  • Import — rows land as leads with an emailed status and batch report (imported, merged, errors).

You can also add or edit leads manually on the Leads page, all inline — no popups.

3
Enrich

Validate & score with AI

Each lead carries an email status (Valid / Invalid at Risk / Unknown). The AI Assistant runs an intelligence pass per lead and returns a fit score, positive signals, risk notes, a suggested sales angle and recommended services. Ask questions over your Knowledge Base (vector search + grounded answers with sources).

4
Outreach

Orchestrate campaigns

Build email templates once, group steps into playbooks with guidance, then launch campaigns: choose a target filter (JSON, e.g. status + country), attach a template sequence with wait days, and add leads. Start → pause → resume → complete. The system tracks sent / opened / replied / bounced per campaign, and messages are guarded by your suppression list.

5
Convert

Close & repeat

Push the pipeline in the CRM: opportunities with stages, value and probability, meetings and proposals (only draft proposals are editable; status changes via dedicated actions). ABM turns target companies into scored accounts. The Dashboard then re-measures everything and you start the next cycle.

Lifecycles

How records move through the platform

Leads and campaigns flow through clearly defined states — each one reflected in live color-coded badges.

Lead lifecycle

IMPORTED NEW VALIDATED CONTACTED REPLIED QUALIFIED MEETING PROPOSAL NEGOTIATION
WON ✓ LOST ✗ ARCHIVED

Campaign lifecycle

DRAFT ACTIVE PAUSED
COMPLETED ✓ CANCELLED ✗

Note: while a campaign is ACTIVE, its content and target filter are locked (guarded by the backend) to keep delivery consistent.

AI fit score

0–39

Low priority

Poor fit — skip or re-qualify later.

40–69

Medium

Worth pursuing with light messaging.

70–84

Good fit

Strong candidate for outreach.

85–100

Excellent

Prime target — prioritize this account.

Team & Settings

Workspace name, invite members, assign roles, deactivate access — plus a global ⌘K command palette.

Roles & permissions

Owner vs. other users

Every member belongs to exactly one role. The Owner is created automatically on registration; admins add the rest.

Owner

The workspace founder. Full control over everything, including billing-level org settings and creating admin/owner accounts.

Admin

All permissions of the owner for day-to-day operations, including managing members — but only the owner can promote others to Owner/Admin.

Sales manager

Read & write on leads, imports, companies and segments. Can delete leads and view (but not manage) users.

Sales user

Works with leads and segments; read-only on companies and imports; cannot delete leads.

Viewer

Read-only across the workspace — perfect for reporting or exec review.

A few owner-only guarantees

The platform enforces safety rails automatically:

  • Only the Owner can create or promote members to Owner / Admin.
  • You cannot deactivate your own account.
  • The last active owner of a workspace can never be deactivated or demoted.
  • Admins and owners can deactivate any other member — access is revoked instantly, and deactivated users can't sign in.
Quick answers

Frequently asked

Who becomes the Owner? +
The first account created during registration automatically becomes the Owner. That person can invite teammates and assign roles from the Team page (Settings → Team).
Can a Sales user see other members' leads? +
Yes — the workspace is organization-wide. Leads and campaigns are shared by default; roles only control what each member can view, edit, delete or import.
How do leads get a score? +
Open a lead and run AI intelligence, or use the AI Assistant. It analyzes profile, company and technology signals and returns a 0–100 fit score with a summary, positive signals, risks, next steps and recommended services.
How do campaigns actually send emails? +
Campaigns attach template sequences with wait days. Once ACTIVE, delivery runs through the sequence across matched leads; messages, opens, replies and bounces are tracked in Messages, and the suppression list is always respected.
Why can't I edit an active campaign? +
Backend guard: editing or deleting a campaign while it is ACTIVE would break running outreach. Pause or complete it first — then it becomes editable.
What happens if a member is deactivated? +
They lose access immediately and can no longer sign in. Their records stay in the workspace — nothing is deleted — so the Owner can still see their work.
